Beginning with the fact that over time Azerbaijan recorded an immense ratio of IDPs, the Internally Displaced Person, through different motivations, as a consequence this condition has shaped Azerbaijan as one of the world’s countries with the maximum number of IDPs regarding proportions to the total population. Due 20 years after national independence, this subject still counts as the topic of conversation on political issue. Attention is shifted to the native civilian who was forced to move and leave behind everything according to the occupation of the hometown and was labelled as IDP. In fact, an estrangement is present on the spot, wherein fundamental key elements of integration play the main role and an elaborate strategy is compulsory for a long-standing dissolving project.
